I interested on Model : SFTV9622FC-MS2+3.

This is for my :
1.) PC
2.) LCD TV
3.) Antenal cable (PAL-RF)

Few question here:
1.) My antenal cable head is 1 male & 1 female (come from LCD). But both of my LCD TV & device on the wall is female head. Thatwise now i cant watch the tv. May i know this model is two MALE head or FEMALE head?

2.) Should i buy another antenal cable to connect the cal-lab to wall device.

3.) Can I add another normal 3 pin socket to the cal-lab 3 pin socket? Will it spoile the cal-lab? Pls give a advise.

Thanks.

i cant 100% get ur means, in order to avoid confusion, i give u cal-lab spec...

FYI, the connector on cal-lab units was female head (1 in 1 out, hole type, same like ur left connector on picture), the antenna cable we provided was male head (both side was stick type, same like ur right connector on picture)... tat means ur wall connector and cal-lab unit was female type...

2.) Should i buy another antenal cable to connect the cal-lab to wall device.
cal-lab provide a antenna cable, F connector cable and telephone cable in SFTV9622FC MS2+3

3.) Can I add another normal 3 pin socket to the cal-lab 3 pin socket? Will it spoile the cal-lab? Pls give a advise.
u can buy multisocket or extension socket and plug on cal-lab unit, wont harm and reduce the protection level, but recommended the length of the extension socket not exceed 2meter and cal-lab unit place beside ur protected equipment... longer length of cable, higher chances to get static charges

How many pc of antenna cable provide?

How long the cable for cal-lab?

Satellite-Pack (Full Isolation version even at LNB cable)
SFTV9622FC-MS2+3 (RM108.00) + Full-Isolation FC-module (RM33.00) ->
What is this Full-Isolation FC-module (RM33.00), what function of this?

only 1 antenna cable provided, the length around 1meter-1.5meter

the astro module (F-connector) have it own isolation module... protection increased and not sharing the same module... but i dont have Satelite-pack on hand now, only have AV-pack which have the almost similiar spec...

difference between 9622 and satelite/AV pack, satelite/AV pack can support 10a current and more multisocket, less hassle of cabling...

sigh... will forward ur feedback to cal-lab management, will improve the office to do their work... who u deal with? Joey (young guy) or Aunt Lucy (old auntie)? or is a new staff?

if u confirmed tat units not able to run with with streamyx connection, pls do exchange with office... sorry for inconvenient... perhaps u can ask the staff to try the SP9201DSL to plug on their office's streamyx connection before u leave there...

P&S (power & socket) : u can use the cal-lab units immediately without technical installation such as connecting the power line manually... in simple term was plug and play... example : SC0039 model

DIY : u need some electrical knowledge for installation to avoid miss connect the power line which have 3 cable inside... but it more compact and smaller than P&S version, can customize easily to suit ur requirement... example : SC9517 model

IT pack had 4*3pin power socket and 3*2pin power socket

it can support 10A which means can support till at least 2000w according from this calculation 230v, 10a = 2300w but we would recommended not exceed 2000w which able to remain the effective protection level...

if u have other pc connecting to ur modem, tat would different case... if purchase only a IT pack, just suitable for a set of pc and modem...

if u want to use telephone/cordless phone beside ur pc with streamyx... get MDSC0039 & SP9201DAF instead... bcos not recommeded to plug ADSL splitter fitter after IT pack, it only design for broadband signal...

Thanks for the info.
I cant find the model SP9201DAF in cal-lab's website. Is it equivalent to SF9512-DSL?

If i'm not mistaken, MDSC0039 is a single 3-pin socket outlet, am i correct?

You have any pictures of them both?

thanks

Yes, MDSC0039 only have 1*3pin power socket... but u can purchase multi socket/ extension socket plug on it... and protection level wont effected

SP9201DAF = ordinary ADSL splitter filter + lightning protection

SP9201DSL = plug it between ordinary ADSL splitter filter and modem

SF9512DSL = MDSC0039 + SP9201DSL (only can support broadband signal - after ADSL splitter filter or direct line without ADSL splitter filter)

Trinity IT pack = Trinity Power Pack + SP9201DSL

MDSC0039 + multi socket + SP9201DSL = Trinity IT pack

MDSC0039 + multi socket + SP9201DAF = Trinity IT pack + support analog cordless telephone nod.gif

basically SD-4C and SD-8C are the same things... protect the power and RJ45 (Lan Cable), all of the RJ45 connector had 8pin...
normal networking only used pin 1, pin 2, pin 3 and pin 6...
but some special equipment such as ATM machines will used 8 pins (pin 1 ~ pin 8)...
which means SD-4C protect the RJ45 used 4pins only and SD-8C will protect all of the pin...

I would like to know what is the difference between Satellite-Pack and SFTV9622FC-MS2+3 model? what is the Full-Isolation FC-module? I have a satellite TV (not astro, it is actually a big disc with motor driven, and a digital/analog receiver), so which one is better to protect my TV and receiver.

thx
