Whoa yeAh~! Great Seller u have here! thumbup.gif

This guy is really patient with me. Actually I order from him like 1 week ago edi but wasn't feeling well so I had to delay the payment. But the moment I paid up, he immediately posted the item on the same day and I received it the next day... really speedy sweat.gif

Got myself a SP9201DSL to protect my Aztech ADSL modem. I'm quite impressed actually that this is the first time I found a lightning protector thing that can allow ADSL connection to run smoothly. Usually those 'ciplak' telephone surge protector, you can't even dial in your streamyx... hey, support Cal-Lab~~~!!!!

I plugged it in and it doesn't work.. only to realise its a SP9201.

sigh... will forward ur feedback to cal-lab management, will improve the office to do their work... who u deal with? Joey (young guy) or Aunt Lucy (old auntie)? or is a new staff?

if u confirmed tat units not able to run with with streamyx connection, pls do exchange with office... sorry for inconvenient... perhaps u can ask the staff to try the SP9201DSL to plug on their office's streamyx connection before u leave there...

One modem just got fried again even after using cal lab... I'm telling ya, it doesn't stop 100% from the telephone line to the ADSL modem. You wanna know why I know its from the line and not from the power?

1) My extension plug still works
2) My PC is still undamaged
3) The modem adapter still works pefectly.... my new modem is still using the old adapter now.

Kthx so much for cal lab... btw, the cal lab isolator is still working. but the modem is gone... i dont get it... sigh... maybe its just me bad luck. sad.gif
