u can use SP9201DAF to protect tel line only...
but Cal-Lab wont responsible for any damages on your equipments as surge have the possibility come from TNB and LAN cable as LYN forumers' experiences their equipments damaged... beside tel line, so it proven that TNB and LAN will damage ur equipment even though your tel line protected by Cal-Lab...

about belkin performance, refer to this post...

yup... without SD-4C at Bedroom 2 is fine, at least SLAN1236 will tank the surge come from BedRoom 2...
Just the only concern is the telephone at Bedroom 1 may bring the surge into Living Room's area indirectly and may affect your equipments... so i unsure whether is worth to invest another SP9201ARD to plug after Splitter at least avoid surge from Bedroom 1... otherwise if the telephone no too far away from splitter, SP9201ARD is optional...

what u means "any multi socket" in your diagram? MDSC0039 only come with 1 * 3pin power socket only...
unless u want the multisocket version, u can get SLMS2+3 / Twin Power Pack...

I got a proven case here for Cal-lab products!

Apparently a few weeks ago, some fella renovated his house and tampered with the main electric that connects and links to all our terrace house. I also don't know what they did and somehow the tampering was not done well. They cause a huge power surge and overload to our 10 linked houses and many home appliances were burned off! Best is they don't admit it's their fault! TNB also came and verified what they did was not correct. We all are really mad at them now.

Lucky my PC and DSL modem at home was protected by Cal-Lab since mid of 1998! My PC and DSL modem was turned on 24x7 and Cal-Lab SF9812DSL model saved my equipments!

Here are some proven photos of the burned unit:

I bring the burned unit to Cal-Lab office at PJ and replaced with a new unit at RM25 and RM10 for the DSL module...

NILI9920F and STV9511, are they good enough for heavy use like fridge? Is there anything else on the back (in the picture). What is the price? if no much difference I would like to take the smaller one.

for the TV one, I think i want a 3 * 3 pin power one, so I don't have to buy multi socket. Please quote me price also.

u tended to use STV9511 for fridge too?
but recommended to get SC0039 or NILI9920F as both can support more than 5amp but STV9511 only 5amp...

SC0039 RM49 & NILI9920F RM79

if u want more multisocket, u can get AV Pack as it have 3*3pin and 3*2pin power socket but it cost RM143...
