u tended to use STV9511 for fridge too?
but recommended to get SC0039 or NILI9920F as both can support more than 5amp but STV9511 only 5amp...

SC0039 RM49 & NILI9920F RM79

if u want more multisocket, u can get AV Pack as it have 3*3pin and 3*2pin power socket but it cost RM143...
*
sorry typo, i actually meant SC0039 and NILI9920F. So SC0039 (RM49) and NILI9920F (RM79) both can be use with fridge, SC0039 is smaller and NILI9920F is bigger, both also 1*3pin only. Am I correct? then what is the difference which make NILI9920F cost rm30 more?

I will take the AVPack for my TV. Now I need to see if I should take SC0039 or NILI9920F base on your reply.

kalau i guna cal lab jenis ni SFTV9622-FC untuk pc sahaja bersama lcd .....internet guna wifi je.. boleh ka
*

SFTV9622FC tel module designed for analog signalling for normal telephone ONLY... no suitable for modem usage as more filtration on analog protection

if u need to pair with modem, u need the cal-lab model with come with DAF or DSL version such as SP9201DAF, SF9512DSL, IT pack, etc...

NILI have the feature to isolate the noise generated by ur fridge which the noise will distribute ur house's power cable and causing some audio equipments with buzz / humming sound...

AV pack support power, aerial antenna, telephone (analog) & astro protection... also support up to 2000w load... smile.gif

Is a normal copper wire.
1 & 2 - not connected to any antenna, only to the tv box (from unifi), both 1 & 2 items is located together.
3. connected via wireless, only one CPU connected.

Thanks.

since setup 1 and setup 2 located together, u can use SF9512DSL,SF9812DSL, SF9512DSL MS2+3 or IT pack to protect UNIFI copper wire and the power source for all the equipment...

for setup 3, the PC conencted via wireless, means u can protect power source only and u can use SC0039

do inform me early as i will do stock collection when saturday smile.gif

so far i never heard cal-lab able to solve the electric leakage from ur equipment since the grounding cable are connected from earth to cal-lab to equipment, hence quite impossible cal-lab located a resistance / filtration on the grounding point as earthing as may effect the efficiency of protection level and must come with lowest resistance too... that the reasons most of earthing green wire come with thicker diameter too...

perhaps u should try to switch off all the equipment and unplug from wall socket check whether have any leakage or not, if dont have means one of ur household device faulty... hence request wire contractor to do another grounding point will direct into earth too...

Your products are great but the design leaves much to be desired in modern homes.
I am thinking something like Belkin's Surge Protector.

Do you have any plan to re-design them?

Thank you.

Cal-Lab dont have any plan for redesign product due to the cost concerned as the buyers will bare to extra cost for the "design" only... so far Cal-Lab no increased pricing for the past 5-7 years+ and committed with affordable pricing and performance guarantee...

even though the 8elkin design are good but their products performance was questionable...

Why dont u have another product range to cater to this market segment? We are not sensitive about pricing for beautifully designed products.
Otherwise, high end shops in Pavilion and The Gardens won't survive.

CAL LAB needs to open and explore new market.
Even Proton understands market segmentation.
