u can call up 03-77268680 or 06-9517680
for cost efficient, u can email callabkl@callab.com.my / callab@callab.com.my as cal-lab check email frequently...

as i know the total damage is Rm15 (for restoration) + Rm5+ (courier from you to HQ)... but u need to bank in RM15 to cal-lab bank account and provide proof of payment along with faulty unit or email the proof of payment... smile.gif

no required to bring other stuffs such cal-lab box, warranty card, receipt, etc... just only bring ur damaged physical cal-lab unit will be fine...

anyway, recommended to call in into cal-lab show room 03-77268680 for appointment and ask for the availability of the replacement unit which to replace your damaged unit on the spot without spending another trip to get the replacement... smile.gif

you can use STV9511 for power and aerial antenna protection...
if u have telephone nearby ur TV setup then u may need other models...

u can use multisocket for extra gang, but it only limited of ur TV, amp, DVD equipments only... excessive power extension no recommended as concerned that may effect the protection efficiency...
