ok my condition is this.
My previous job is P1, after i resign, they cancel my P1 and my new employer have to register a new P1 for me. I feel very troublesome la, so i feel wan apply this PEP so i no nit keep visit MOM and i can freely job hop without problem.

i will b collecting my new EP pass this weekend at MOM, can i submit the PEP form and get registered on this weekend itself?

will there be a new EP card? or i can use back the 1 that i gonna collect this weekend?

Never done that before because the last time I used to take bus from Time Square or Pudu between 2005-09.
Which bus company is reliable now?
And what is the price directly to Singapore?
The BTS website is pretty useless.

1. thinking of buying some blue chip and get dividends but seems like foreigners need to have $5000 as deposit just to get a online trading account.

3. Don't think I can buy property here in SG

You have to discuss with the owner before signing to see if they allow or not and how much. Some due to religion, personal reasons, and don't want a couple. My previous Muslim landlord don't allow due to religion reason because we are not married, my other previous Muslim landlord allow but charge a very high daily rate.

Found through agent. Next to the bus station for bus going KL, PG those, next time come here take bus can find me yum cha if I in SG. Nearer to the Nicoll Highway circle line MRT, 10 mins walk to Lavender MRT. Include PUB but no internet so have to apply the mobile broadband.

Those of u who got PR, did your IPA say anything like 'you are invited to apply for citizenship after X years" etc? I'm wondering if that line really means a decent chance of SC approval after X years or whether it's just some standard letter template.

If you are saving 20% of your pay, or 1k if your pay is more than 5k, then the CPF contribution should not be significant for you. Consider it as saving for your future home here and a 15-16% pay increment from your employer that you can't use yet.
