Im interested to buy diono radian, but cant really find shop that sell it.
*
I am using 2 Diono radian r120 and 1 Diono radian rxt. Due to Malaysia and Singapore no longer selling Diono child car seats, i bought these 3 diono child car seats from ebay.com and delivered to SG. Then I drive my car to pick these child car seats from SG. Quite troublesome but i saved quite alot. May i know wats the reason u interested in Diono radian?

If would suggest to use quinny zapp+maxicosi cabriofix first as your baby is just 1 month old. Maybe after 1 year you can purchase the grace as a permanent car seat and keep the cabriofix as a backup car seat.

P/S - i'm a seller of quinny zapp & maxicosi cabriofix 😊

Seems like you are looking for All-in-1 child car seats.
Need more info so can give u relevant advice:
1) What car are u driving?
2) U planning to use seat belts or isofix/latch?
3) Are u planning to have more than 1 child car seat at the car rear seats?
4) What are you priorities in sequence?
(Eg. All-in-1 type, budget, safe, convenience, light weight, narrow width, etc)

PS: I dont sell child car seats so dont worry..

1) Cruze
2) doesn't matter, prefer isofix but iinm cruze have no isofix n graco only able to use seat belt.
3) so, far my child and wife sit at the back n no planning on 2nd child yet.
4) best performance within my budget, done lil bit of research and ukreview stated graco milestone as no 1

Most cars in the US have Automatic Locking Retractor (ALR) car seat belts. Therefore most US brand child car seat including Graco do not have 'lock-offs'. Most cars in Malaysia are using Emergency Locking Retractor (ELR). Therefore if u are securing a US brand child car seat (without lock-offs) onto a car with ELR belts, u are required to use a 'locking clip' and it is abit tedious. However most US brand child car seats including Graco do provide locking clip. Do check the child car seat manual for proper installations.
U also better check if your car are using ALR/ELR belt system on the rear seats even though your car is an US brand.

Below are some other tips:
1) Always rear facing the child car seat as long as possible. This is because rear facing is 5x safer than forward facing. However do take note of the weight limitation and height of rear facing.
2) All child car seat have a expiry date including the belt harness.
3) It is highly advisable to replace the child car seat if your car get into any accidents. Therefore buying a All-in-1 child car seat is abit risky coz is more expensive to replace.
4) Car Seat belt have higher weight limitations than ISOFIX/latches.
5) Steel frame on child car seat are safer but more heavier.
6) Always read all the pages of the child car seat manual for proper installations. This is becoz many people secure the child car seat improperly.

Graco is indeed a good product. I recommend my friend to buy the Graco extend2fit. The only disadvantage for Graco is u are required to use the Locking clip if u are using ELR belts. Graco's safety is also very good. Just abit bulky and expensive in Malaysia.

I once saw Graco 4ever sold in baby fair in Mid valley for around Rm1800.

1. Im driving a Prius
2. Preferably ISOFIX for convenient purpose
3. Currently not sure but my wife is due end of year so we are surveying now
4. Currently i have saw Recaro Citylife, Easywalker Mini Buggy XL and SweetCherry SCR15 (heavy as hell, so it is out)

Priorities would be ALL-IN-ONE. Infant Carrier, Stroller and Car Seat

Most All-in-1 are heavy coz some are using steel frame to improve on the safety. U can have a look and do some research on Graco 4ever. I saw this child car seat sold in Midvalley babyfair around Rm1800.

Been looking at joie, kooper, chico brand but dunno which to choose.

1) What car are u driving? - myvi & vios
2) U planning to use seat belts or isofix/latch? current cars no isofix, but preferably if can use both..
3) Are u planning to have more than 1 child car seat at the car rear seats? - 2nd child will in 2-3 years time..
4) What are you priorities in sequence?
(Eg. All-in-1 type, budget, safe, convenience, light weight, narrow width, etc)
- safety > comfort > price (~1K) > weight

U can consider the new Chicco Nextfit Zip Car Seat. My sister in law just bought one during its warehouse sales. Last time she bought at Rm1017 after discount. Retail is around Rm1600. Currently they are having sales again till 30 July 2017 so better be quick.
For more info:
https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid...5&__tn__=%2AW-R

U can leave a comment on FB whether do they still have this car seat and wat is the pricing.

This car seat can rear facing till 40lbs and front facing till 65lbs (30kg). It is consider quite good for the price of Rm1017. Not to mention got 9 recline position, lock offs, latch/isofix, etc.

Do anyone of you use any car leather seat protector to minimize damage to the leather when you put the car seat? Where to get those?
