Should have few other choices if you set max RM1000 in filter.
Anyway, I'm using Koopers Waltz for my toddler, can use isofix (or seat belt) + tether strap, bought it for around RM700 during baby fair.

If your child has been used to being carried during the car ride, usually they will protest when first trying to get them in the car seat.
Otherwise depends on age, check on the adjustment or recline of the car seat.

From experience, getting the child to use a car seat is getting them into the habit.
Maybe try distracting them while they're in the car seat at first or while you're trying to put them in.

Hopefully this helps you out.

Yes..some things are very much cheaper..eg Tommee Tippee pacifier RM10 for 2, infant swimming diaper pants half price, i paid RM60+, now selling RM30+ etc etc etc, Im sure the discounts are similar.

Got myself a 360 baby carseat, specs and safety test very similar to a car seat i was eyeing and at almost half the price. (No names in case i get in trouble  cool2.gif  )

For those in Klang Valley, theres baby expo's all around PJ/KL, from my experience nothing beats the one in Mid Valley, if you can bear the traffic jam, then by all means.
Note: Im not a vendor, just giving examples of the discounts.

Having a seat that can swivel sideways will make putting your baby in and out very much easier, trust me on this. Been using the Bolero for few months now, v happy with it.

Hi, we're expecting a baby in about 4 months. So we're currently looking for a convertible car seat for the baby that can be used until he/she is 4–5 years old. Our budget is only around RM600. So can anyone recommend us some convertible car seats? Thanks!

Hi, basically there are 2 models (essentially 1 as the second one is updated looks and features of the first one) of ours that meet your budget and suitable up to 25kg. They are the Cammino and Cammino Plus by Meinkind. You can check it out at https://www.lilsanctuary.com/products/Cammino and https://www.lilsanctuary.com/products/cammino-plus
Do let us know and we can arrange additional discounts for you.
