i tot wireless casing + charger should be around 300++ only? wrong ka?? cos already saw the wireless charging casing selling around 100++ here in kuching.

Not sure if the charger is different, but from what I've seen, it's indeed ridiculously costly.

I can't help but to feel that wireless charging is a gimick though. Maybe it's just me, (I always bring my laptop to uni) but I really don't see how much more convenient or portable a wireless charging setup will be compared to a simple USB cable.

Besides, the 720's battery life is really impressive. Under light to moderate usage, it's not unusual for mine to go for several days on a single charge.

Why, of course I have.
But not more than a couple of feet onto a mattress, or a couple of inches onto an open book. XD

Any comments on Nokia Maps? Up to date and reliable?

Also, isn't it scratch-proof screen? Why do I see people complaining about scratches o_o

There's a coating on it that scratches easily. Gorilla glass is scratch-resistant but it doesn't mean shit when that coating is on top of it. That's why it's recommended that you apply a screen protector.

what is the cheapest price u can get at digital mall/lowyat for ori 1?
*
I was offered the Nokia 720 for RM900 today in Lowyat. Avaxx warranty he said.

It took a lot of sheer willpower on my behalf not to surrender my wallet today, believe me! Must wait.until I finish installing ICE components in my Volvo next month..

I hear the next version of Windows Phone will be coming soon. 720 can upgrade or not?

can lah, unless MS decided to screw everything up like min. requirement needs 1GB ram but that will be completely bullocks lor because the OS is indeed smooth enough.

every WP8 will get updated, all eyes on Nokia only. laugh.gif

Yes, it gets the job done but "recent" hot spots cannot be found, you will have to rely on the jalan and roam around to get to your destination. But gotta admit, the GPS lock is seriously good, hands down. notworthy.gif

Google map isn't really that accurate too, really. The most accurate will be by mass inputs by the community aka WAZE. smile.gif

Laptop USB power output wouldn't be ideal but if it gets your phone charging then it's completely fine for you. I find that laptop's usb charging is slow because of the power output is low.

every phone's price will drop gradually, the less drop would be Apple phones.

If you want to see some "price" gap, you might want to come back another 3 months. sweat.gif
