Using closed up the background far from focus area

Anybody realize when the camera start for the 1st time after a long idle from lock. the camera don't give response when touch the screen to take the picture. however, back to normal for the next shots.

To simulate, lock your phone for few minutes.. then  unlock or press camera button, the camera will launch after that.
now, press any where to focus & shot..

is your phone take the shot immediately? or it the focus box come out after a few seconds?

Can anybody tell me whether if my phone is fake or not?
My lumia 720 IMEI number matches the one the box
It has got the SIRIM and avaxx sticker on the back but im not sure if its real.
Here is the problem,the sim and sd slot joint with the plastic is quite loose!
When i put a corrupted sd card in it the phone wont boot although when i insert while the phone is booted up it detects it as normal!

it does take quite some time. but doesnt really affect anything else.
can you store anything on the sd card? and some of the 720 does have loose sim and sd card slot, i tested before buying it.

too light for my taste....always slipping on my hands without cover

the sensor is smaller on lumia 720 compared to 920,
so, to compensate that, they put in 1.9 to allow more light..

dunno how much USD

you better invest in a case. First month i never dropped it, then 2nd month fell out of pocket during sports, part of screen chipped off.

on the other hand, im having issues with the photos and music, they keep duplicating and taking up space. Happens only once in awhile. Weird.

This phone is very 'licin', easily come out from pocket.. i've few times the phone drop on my car seat without notice. So.. it is better get a case.

Today I went to Tesco Penang, Gelugor there, northern point cellular & accessories is selling for RM 999 too!!! No cheaper price? No luck finding one, have to check at other place too...
