The higher speed ones are too pricey for me, but you can get something like SanDisk's 90MB/s card at RM150 for 8GB. sweat.gif

Hi,

Hows the performance of whatsapp & wechat on the Lumia 720?
I have the Lumia 610 and using whatsapp is really painful. It took on average 20sec to load and another 5 sec to load new messages and chat window...

WhatsApp for WP is just plain horrible, that's it. Maybe Microsoft is not throwing enough money on the dev's way.

if I leave 3g on through out i think only can get 16 hrs. Camera, wechat,maps, surf, a little gaming . If I turn off 3g when not in use can last more than 1 day. Overall better than my Galaxy W in terms battery life(my W battery recently changed to a 2000mah one)

mine lasted 3 fdays (full charge by Tue 7am, battery left 20% by Thu 10pm)
but my usage:
- no dataplan, so i set max. 2G connection.
- off bluetooth, tap+send (this one NFC ke?), off phone location.
- daytime off wifi, night time on wifi + use IE/whatsapp/wechat/download apps for ~1hr/night.
- play music/simple game/video on Thu night only (that's where the battery drained faster).
- only use for call/sms.

TL;DR version:
i use my Lumia 720 same like the way i used my old 1280 and the battery lasted for 3 days. tongue.gif

i only use wifi at night for ~1hr.

and even for wifi, i disabled data connection
request by any apps.

I turned off all background tasks permissible today. Don't know how it will affect the battery life yet though.

grab one today at price 950, 8g mem card, screen protector and case cover when they stock arrive.
not much color to choose other than black n white. dmn.

everything is fine and fit my needs except lack of VPN support.
