i bought from Digitalmall's Nokia Store

And mine from directd SS15. Unfortunately they do not entertain exchange or replacement request too.

Nokia Store in Sunway Pyramid so far is superb. A friend bought phone there, touch screen not working after bringing home, went to replace immediately the next day, one-to-one exchange! Definitely recommend that store.

Btw any news of your compass from Nokia Malaysia?

(I think you better remove her email address from your post to prevent her mailbox got flooded by forumers)

editted.

Haih, standard reply. Mine also "checking" for the past 1 month. When i call up, she say it is "normal" and ask me when I want to go collect. I said no, not until the problem is rectified. You better call her up and ask exactly what they are "checking", what are the actions taken, and how long.

I encounter this issue with my 720 for some time already. Whenever I switch it off, it will automatically restart. I can't completely shut down my 720.

Anyone encounter similar issue? and what was your way to resolve the issue?

Thanks!

What is the method you switch off your phone? Hold the power button, then slide down to off. If I remember correctly, touching any buttons will promptly wake the phone up.

From their FB page, it seems you'll need to pay them a visit sooner or later. By the way, is your camera images perfectly fine without blurry edges? I'd like to visit Nokia Service Centre to show them how a "normal" camera work... and I need someone with a perfect working camera to do so.

There is no problem for me to shut down my 920. I used the same way. It just happens to my 720.

Heyyy, is that Union Heights? Hehe.

Yup, slight blur, but that's acceptable due to DOF. I can accept that slight blur like yours but look at mine, so obvious. See also eye pain.
