I encounter this issue with my 720 for some time already. Whenever I switch it off, it will automatically restart. I can't completely shut down my 720.
Anyone encounter similar issue? and what was your way to resolve the issue?
Thanks!

QUOTE(hooi_jd @ Oct 30 2013, 09:23 AM) You can't switch of the phone while charging or connecting to USB cable. No. it is not connected to any USB.

QUOTE(trapezohedron13 @ Oct 30 2013, 10:07 PM) What is the method you switch off your phone? Hold the power button, then slide down to off. If I remember correctly, touching any buttons will promptly wake the phone up. From their FB page, it seems you'll need to pay them a visit sooner or later. By the way, is your camera images perfectly fine without blurry edges? I'd like to visit Nokia Service Centre to show them how a "normal" camera work... and I need someone with a perfect working camera to do so. There is no problem for me to shut down my 920. I used the same way. It just happens to my 720.
