North south highway should be OK kua.

See this video is trending on Facebook now....guy sleeping while his Tesla drive him home LOL
https://youtu.be/sXls4cdEv7c

Who need KL-SIN HSR when u can hop in the comfort of your own car and the computer will drive u automatically from KL to Singapore through North South Highway .
Door to door some more and no need to carry heavy luggage up and down the HSR train.

I am just kidding only la. Dont blast me on this.

The point I want to make is.....by the time HSR is built in god knows 5-10 years time.. commuters will potentially have other alternatives like auto car which allow them to hop in the car and 'relax' while the car drive them to Singapore, Penang, Kuantan, Terrenganu etc LOL

South Korea will be presenting the most suitable project cost and planning in direct talks with the Malaysian government in an effort to secure the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High Speed Rail (HSR) project.

It will also be offering technology transfer by mid-June, said its Minister of Land Infrastructure and Transportation, Kang Ho-in.

Having experience in HSR implementation, he said South Korea was willing to share its technology with other developing countries.

South Korea KTX tech? No thank you.

By the rate of China doing business here, most likely would be China HSR tech. But I still prefer Shinkansen.

If see overall picture, that for sure.
is very importance infrastructure for both country.
helping future grow economic, tourism, property, transportation. reduce Airport congestion。
also importance helping sub-city economic grow like Seremban, Melaka, Muar, Batu Pahat.
also future ecomimic link to China via Thailand, Laos (China to Laos, Thalland already confirm) so future Pan-Asia HighSpeed Railway Network bring people and cargo.
