Wow ! So you mean 0.22/km? quite high the FC.. sad.gif
*

I live in Cheras / KL most busy roads.. hence the high FC..

in comparison avg FC with other cars I owned..
current Forte 2.0 10-10.5liter/100km
Vios 7.8liter/100km
Swift 7.5liter/100km
Corolla Altis 1.8 4speed 9.5liter/100km
Waja 4G18P 9liter/100km
M5 E39 21liter/100km

considering Forte 2.0 slightly more FC than its competitors which makes up for its value for money asking price and tonnes of features, you are cheating yourself by overlooking Forte as a choice of your daily use car rolleyes.gif

and btw, most significant words of wisdom of the day.. Forte drives much better than overpriced tin kosong Corolla Altis despite both cars are in same class. Forte 2.0 engine and acceleration is more quicker and powderful than latest Corolla Altis 2.0 CVT too.. hopefully there is no Toyota fanboy gonna butthurt here..

if you still overlooked /ignore the Forte provided its obvious value for money car to buy with lots of safety / goodies features and good ride quality but you're still go for "safe choice" overpriced T and H brand, means you are just cheating yourself. Am I clear enough.. ?

if you like K3 looks and overall, just wait..
if you are in urgent to own a car for ur work / etc, just start looking around for options from now..

as mentioned by others before, K3 predicted to be priced around 92k for lowest spec.. 110k for self-parking assist feature and other luxury amenities like ambient illumination auto lamp shines on road from bottom side mirrors when night time, sunroof, dual zone A/C, colour LCD info screen at instrument cluster etc

I think most minimum for 2.0SX 6 speed year 2011 from used car dealer is 72-75k.. 65k is 1.6SX 2011.. still not many Forte 2011 production in used car market to-date.. good luck in searching..

I can confirm Petronas gives the most mileage. Reasonable pick up strength but less refinement to the engine while accelerating. I let my friend in Penang drove my previous Vios before he pumped RM10 RON95 (RM1.90/l) can go ulang alik mainland and island for 2 and half time 110km (BHP estimate 100km max).. yes Vios is a very fuel saving small sedan..

So far my Forte tried only Caltex, Cap Kerang and by default BHP. Not planning to try Petronas coz it will make the car engine sounds rough and noisy at higher revs.

i'm agree with you that petronas 95 makes noisy sound at higher rev.

I heard that It will be reducing import tax for japan and Austria cars soon? Is it real?? If the both these countries import cars are reducing the import tax.. meaning that Korean and other countries cars price will be reduce also? (because they want to fight with their competitors).. Is above statements are right?

99.9% wrong.

Not many car imported from Japan / Australia so no impact will happen. That is some flower talks to make politician looks fight enough to reduce price. The only car imported from Japan / Aus are those above >RM200K ++

So at the end, only those rich man who can afford to buy expensive import car will get discount!

MY god, rich man get more richer.
