Don't need, the pin is for you to have an online banking with OCBC.
Can check CC transactions and all. smile.gif

yes didn't the CS inform you when you made the request for change of card, it will be a different number

Without the online pin for ebanking, cannot purchase online. I am facing this problem

A new practice perhaps ? I had requested for card replacement from HSBC due to change of signature about 3 years ago and the credit card number is the same.

No. She didn't. She only said my card will be blocked until i receive my new card. And when i requested for a replacement card for my Citibank VISA last year, the card number remains the same too.

I don't know when I started purchasing online, I know not too long after I got my card. Anyway, that was about a year ago... sweat.gif

if purchase phone from maxis got rebate? i had applied my card and the officer has call me to confirm my application.. if approve will get the card soon..
