I like it. I think it looks very nice. Do post a picture of the actual card if any of you already get this newly designed card

My new replacement card is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Let's see if it's the old or new one. I'm hoping for the new one

QUOTE(ronnie @ Mar 7 2013, 10:24 PM) Nevermind lah. I think i'll wait till i get the card tomorrow. If they bill me a card replacement fee, i'll give them a call to waive it. Shouldn't be a problem since i've been a very good customer |

QUOTE(ronnie @ Mar 7 2013, 10:52 PM) No problem. Fingers crossed. But if it is still the old design, then it's not exactly a bad thing either considering OCBC is phasing out this card design.QUOTE(yujin86 @ Mar 7 2013, 11:44 PM) When did you request for it ? |

I search in the web, no info found for fax number / credit centre address QUOTE(goliath @ Mar 8 2013, 10:11 PM) A new practice perhaps ? I had requested for card replacement from HSBC due to change of signature about 3 years ago and the credit card number is the same.QUOTE(rayfoo @ Mar 8 2013, 10:55 PM) yes didn't the CS inform you when you made the request for change of card, it will be a different number No. She didn't. She only said my card will be blocked until i receive my new card. And when i requested for a replacement card for my Citibank VISA last year, the card number remains the same too. This post has been edited by MilesAndMore: Mar 8 2013, 11:06 PM |

QUOTE(fahrur_07 @ Mar 10 2013, 12:14 PM) i ask for card replacement since the chip was broken It is the other way around for me. I login to my OCBC online just now and i was surprised to see the replacement credit card that i received two days ago is now listed as my principal credit card, while my old deactivated credit card is now listed as my supplementary credit card but when i check online,i notice that the new card is stated as supplementary card is it standard procedure? |

QUOTE(cempedaklife @ Mar 13 2013, 03:35 PM) Through M2U. I add my OCBC TMC as "other card" and i always choose that whenever i pay my Jabatan Air Sabah bill. Anyway, i used to go to the JAS branch you mentioned to pay my bill too and from what remember, i did get 5%. May be you should ring OCBC up to check what's the MCC code ? |

QUOTE(tifosi @ Apr 19 2013, 01:43 AM) Don't get confused between Aeon-Big and Aeon. Aeon's grocery/supermarket is only 1% while Aeon-Big is 5%. cempedaklife wasn't confused. It was previously reported here purchases made at one or two Carrefour outlets were given 1% cash back instead of the expected 5%. While the name is now AEON-Big, it may still uses the same MCC prior to the name change. |
