Is it my imagination or really Franco kernel makes my color looks a bit different?

just sharing my experience.

the other day i wanted to upgrade to 4.2.2, however at that time im using franco kernel. so that's why i cant just directly upgrade the os.

without thinking much, i just go and download the 4.2.2 full package (which is 366++mb if im not mistaken) hoping that i could freshly flash a new os inside my n4.

then, i go and wipe everything---starting from dalvik, cache, including internal memory. and the story starts here. i cant push the new package inside due to some error, cant remember. even i cant mount internal storage, making it worst

fyi, at that time im using nexus root toolkit (hell yeah, im too lazy to do stuff manually at that time) so im just 100% relying on the software---without knowing what does it do on your phone. well that kit is reliable, but when such incident happens, it does not come in handy.

luckily, there is a lot of useful articles in xda, and i spent 5 hours trial-and -error using manual cmd scripts through fastbox. finally (or i'd like to say luckily) i managed to install 4.2.2, and my phone are now working .

tldr; learn how to do stuff manually eventhough there is a lot of 'one-click-can-do-it-for-you softwares'

Hmmm .. On PA3 +Franco83 .. Any one facing data connection drop issue? Or is juz my digi line problem?? :/

Hi guys, need help here.
i was unable to boot into recovery after update to 4.2.2.
i was previously from 4.2.1 rooted & custom recovery.

i already rooted ( flash the SU.zip file after update). i can boot to, like the picture attached, just got error after choose to boot into recovery mode.
anything wrong here?

happened twice so far, once its a widget name HD widget, i notice when my whole widget went missing
2nd time its a game.

other than that , sometimes the camera app seems like won't take the shot even i've tapped the "shoot" button numerous times

Why everytime I go into receovery mode, my andorid seems dead. IS there anything wrong with my kernel / rom. Im using all stock kernel & rom only rooted

actually i tried to flash custom kernel to use the touch control PGM. already download the file and put in SD folder. then i go to bootlader mode, then select the recovery mode using volume button the press power button. then screen display dead android with ! mark. how do i go about to flash this custom kernel ? i  try run the nexus toolkit and see the flash kernel option in advance mode. dunno whether it is safe or not ?

not sure if i read correctly but based on my BBS partial wakelock, my 1st and 2nd place is:

- AudioOut_2
- RILJ

didnt see gtalk...

mine is all stock 4.2.2 ...
