QUOTE(polarzbearz @ Feb 26 2013, 06:47 PM) By underclocking, you are forcing the device to run at lower clock speed than what it is designed / capable to run and thus; it might causes harm than good. But by undervolting (within an acceptable amount), you allows the device to perform at its desired / capable level whilst squeezing less juice when it's performing (e.g. -75mV ~ -100mV) and thus, leading to slightly better battery life. Oh,then i better stay far away from CPU control then, haha

QUOTE(teckyang97 @ Feb 26 2013, 06:50 PM) Oh,then i better stay far away from CPU control then, haha It's not that risky as long as you don't screw things up / insert wrong value. Most will just start with undervolting by -75mV ~ -100mV. But that'll depend on what CPU binning you get. For those who got "Faster" binning, the cpu have better tolerance for undervolting. But I believe most of us here got "Fast" with little (or none?) whom got "Slow" / "Nominal"

My battery life recently had been not-so-well; drains very fast when travelling between areas (especially weak signal areas); and worse if I use it a lot Will most of you leave the "Access to my location" under "Settings > Location Access" on for functionalities or turn it off to preserve battery life?

Not sure if it'll affect the battery life or not but from my observations there doesn't seem to be any apps hogging the resources or keeping the device awake.
