when you cannot poke into the screen that's when you need to start worry about sending it to repair

For 3 months, usually it should be RM 100 lesser than the price bought.

Easiest way is to look at the box though. But the serial number will help as well.

Pokemon X has a higher resale value at the moment. I'd suggest around RM 100 though. But of course, be prepared for RM 90.
