HAHA ... indeed every individual is unique ..funny ppl all around. After phase 1 and phase 2 .. what made you think phase 3 is any better? and why we have to give the developer any attention based on their track records?

There are reasons why sp setia and the few top developers command a premium on their launches.

I would say ..bash bash bash ..and make sure that cunning developer is out of business.

when will this phase 3 be launched? can see the earthworks being done but this has been months ..wait until neck also long!



the developer has done the rectification so now the walls of phase 1 and phase 2 are now looking good - i think they were worried about the backlash when
they launch phase 3..

the new JMB management very geng i find..almost strict to a fault, all the interior of the lifts have been upgraded , security beefed up and CCTVs have been
installed..

if they sell phase 3 at 500psf for 3 bedroom around 1000sf, that would be doable i reckon..

Location wise ok but developer quality of work ??. Well as in bolehland what can we do. They can get good land bank.

Its going to be tough to decide. location is good but developer sucks big time. Seri Riana was expensive. If Setapak Heights sell this at slightly cheaper price, consumers will be tempted ...and for those who are aware of this developer, they will buy but will keep their fingers cross in the hope that the developer has not turn into a more responsible one. so, do your research before you part with your hard earned money.

Agreed wholeheartedly with you altishonda. The large cracks used to be such an eyesore to Villa Wangsamas and had no doubt tarnished their reputation even though the issue had since been rectified. They better be smart and not price themselves like they are on par or slightly below IJM.
