How your diet? If your diet bad, doing 2hours cardio wont help too.

try deficit 500kcal from you daily maintenance then.

or

10-20% deficit from you daily maintenance calories on rest day
and eat your maintenance calories on gym day. (or 10% deficit if you wan faster result)

take pic of urself weekly. pic and mirror always the best indicator

try 10% if you think too low.

but reduce 500kcal to 1600kcal, not too low for me. if you feel not well or diziness then it might too low for you.

reduce your protein (can be done by taking less protein shake or don take at all).

you calories can higher during gym day. need energy to gym kan? take photo. show us 12weeks later.

dan juga satu minggu takada hasil. itu bukanya satu minggu dapat tengok hasil. sabar abang sabar. kesabaran pun satu daripada kejayaan bina badan. ambil gambar tiap tiap minggu. awak akan terkejut selepas 2 bulan.

hmm, good question. I also doing it now between 30-60 sec. Well, i sweat alot.

Leg day, especially squat which i rest 45-60 sec between set and DOMS come next day with more sourness..

so far what i feel is stamina increased. as for gain, no seeing any as i still cutting. lifts slightly drop.

before taking it. ask yourself how much protein your body need daily? and how much to drink/eat to gain weight?
