Really that bad?? I'm staying here almost a year and I love this place. MO and guards are responsive, cleaners maintaining the place well. As far I've observe, I have never encountered any suspicious tenants here.

And to be honest, this location is the best as it cuts the morning jam to jln templer pretty much, easy npe access, near to many places for groceries. The front double parking, that you can't help. I believe its not privately own by developer. if want full privacy get a gated landed property lo.

staying inside is beautiful but coming out feel like different world.. i think suspicious tenant will always rent low cost apartment more..

yes, of cos many "owner" people love to defend this location but fact is a fact, crime, abundant and double parking aplenty here. surrounded by low cost and drug taking people here, not safe for a peaceful heaven

Location wise is definitely the best as my unit is facing the river. I feel good once I come home. Every place has it's pros and cons, none is perfect. Your statement on drug addicts, you're referring to the people staying or outsiders? If its the resident then do make police report.

How u know about the crime here? Just wondering.
