it saddening to saw the rental RM1400.00.. 600K purchase unit and rent for rm1400.. even my 560sqf Low cost apartment is fetching RM900.00..

If you go to PJ oldtown/OUG parkson area/opposite OUG parkson area also lot of drug dealer/taker.. police always do cleaning.. thus drug seller is always kena tangkap.. If you want a clean place.. then shall go to newly develop place(KotaKemuning/cyberjaya/dengkil).. instead of choose klang valley/KL.. im born there.. so in term of dangerous.. my advice is.. what kind of friend u make.. it make up your action.. |
