After rebate, it will be around RM 600k. Maintenance Fee is RM 0.22/sqft (including sinking funds).

Do bear in mind that this is the smallest unit offered for this condo and all are 3 to 3+1 bedrooms. The rest are larger dy at 1,210 sqft, 1,304 sqft and 1,400 sqft.
