Not yet really officially launch la. You call it soft launch la, insider launch la, got lubang and connection so get goodies bag la.. Haha

Location I think you all also know already since the project name also know. Is at Taman Sri Sentosa. Price at RM 475 psf

What I know is that they are going to make a soft launch next year before Chinese New year.

What I know of is 5k for earnest deposit. Loan secured, then sign SPA, pay 5k.
10k downpayment.
Basic unit.
DIBS (need to confirm la.. haha)

Those who do booking now, soft launch, they choose unit first. After finish choosing, then only public launch.

This is all I know la. Floor plan and others etc thing, later update. But my fren got 50 unit for his exclusivity.

Deposit pay to who .?

This area is ultra notorious for crime and being a nest for drug addicts....and lot's of it, due to the shabby surroundings. Lots of low cost houses in this area.

The latest snatch thief case was a fatal one, about a month ago.

I had a close friend who had his car broken into. No major loss, except for a coin bag and also his Smart Tag, but the trouble to fix his window was painstaking. And it was just a Myvi, parked along the MAIN ROAD.

Regardless of the affordability of this development, I would strongly urge anyone interested to thinking about it over and over again. Rather go for Tiara Mutiara, along main road and rumoured to be RM500+ psf.

You really don't want to risk your life and worry about your safety every night you come back.

Is this project near the high tension cable?

They put up new hoarding today.
I called them about high tension cable. They said project site actually behind sentosa court. So it is very far from the cable.
Apparently the land immediately behind the hoarding not the actual site.
The project site is second layer of land.

Looks like sentosa court absorb all the tnb energy. ....

Anyone knows how is Sentrilands Sdn Bhd doing and any project reference?

Knowing that there are some issue facing by them on the arrangement of the resident of the the land earlier- Kg Manggis, anyone know how they handle this?
