A lot of the tweaks are still not compatible with iOS 6.1 and may introduce a lot of bugs (no notification for HTML based Locksreen for example) so I would recommend what yezhacolic just said, install only tweaks that you know are okay with iOS 6.1 and after each tweak installation, monitor the behavior of the iPhone. I f you start seeing problems, then remove the tweaks.
By the way, how do you the tagging in this forum? Saw yezhacolic taggign me in one of the post ... sorry noob questions.

Phew, managed to get 6.1 and 6.1.1 using TinyUmbrella. I suspect Apple will close the 6.1 signing for 4s soon. So better get yours now. Not sure if I want to upgrade or not to 6.1.1 but since it is still jailbreakbale, I might as well do it.
