You can get some cheap one on Lowyat, just reset the STB and it will ask for a username and password.
Call TM and ask for it, just say that the STB suddenly reset itself.
On lowyat they usually only sell for 40-100. (these are the sets where the unifi guy activate for previous owner but they don't use it at all.)
That's really cheap compared to a New replacement.

search on google, add lowyat to the quote.
many dont use it after installation, so they are pretty brand new. Dont expect support from TM after replacement (well their support arent that helpful)

Hypp has its own 8mbps bandwith on port 4.

It doesn't take your quota or reduce your speed.
So it just takes up your power when on it but doesn't use it.

Yes, I've been using 5MBPS is more than 1 year+++
Decided to take up super upgrade plan as I plan to stay with UniFi for its stability.
I took 10mbps because I'm a heavy downloader and stream youtube everyday.
So far so good. rclxms.gif

Is your contract over yet?
If yes, downgrade to VIP 10
Then upgrade to VIP 20 again with this offer and asked for RM 20 discount or free HyppTV package

Upstairs TV is CRT and connected to HyppTV.
Talking about TV
the component output on my STB doesn't work.
I know it doesn't work on it because I've tested the same cable on my old DVD player and it works perfectly.
Currently using S-Video as its better quality than Composite.
Any idea what happened to Component Output?
warranty is over and I'm bound with another 2 years contract.
