Saw the new Nexus 7 (2013) few days ago at Best Buy.. very nice tablet.. i spent around 20 minutes to test it.. it is a nearly perfect tablet now compare to the previous one. Front back camera, quad core, i think it is capable of doing anything to serve your need now.. screen is very crisp tho a bit washed out in color to my liking.. performance wise, butter smooth, running on 4.3. But the thing is, vanilla android is very plain.. thus, as always, no added functions in term of software.. and the shape is a bit elongated. The left and right side bezel a bit reduced, but top and bottom bezel still wide.. in term of build quality, it feels more premium than previous model.. price is very attractive.. in summary, it is really a contender for ipad mini.

But i end up bought Kindle paperwhite instead from the Best Buy outlet..lol.. will buy local set maybe, to get warranty.

Last time on my Gnex i didnt bother clearing data since i just went ahead and do the unlock-root treatment biggrin.gif

So for my nexus 7 i wanted to keep it stock. Did the frameworks trick, cleared 2 times, and got the update, all because i saw your comment, and tried, just for the heck of it.

Thanks man notworthy.gif
