i dont know about nandroid backup as i didnt use that method.... android 4.3 not good for nexus 7 2012.

wont install 4.3 but will wait for next version.

just upgraded to 4.3 too. kinda sad when mxplayer stop working.
now using vplayer.
it feels the same with me though. no wifi issues here.

Updated to 4.3 and rooted... no wifi problem... seems like it works better now with my wifi extender... before this the Nexus 7 have difficulties to connect to the extender and always connect to the main source of wifi with lower signal.

the whole back casing of the N7 acts as a signal extender as well
i know because i opened the back casing before
with and without is very big difference
