Extend the remaining 5 feet to the backyard, this shall make the wet kitchen area bigger.

Or sacrifice the maid room and turn into kitchen, thus will make the kitchen real big.

Am thinking of the same too. If budget is limited, converting the maid room into kitchen will be cheaper is more practical, all the smoke from cooking can be easily controlled and not flowing to the living area. This idea came from my uncle's old house in SS17 where the kitchen was in a 'room' too.

it will be like L shape kitchen, the the existing kitchen area can turn into dry kitchen. This will make the whole look nicer and neater as wet kitchen 'isolated'

Yeah, I am thinking of this. Extension will cost a lot, and I believe this option if much cheaper.

Option 1: Extend the kitchen 5 feet to the fence wall
- This requires more cost. And to extend also 1st floor, you must do piling again, even higher cost. For all Nukilan 3 house, behind still have 5 feet land. To be exact around 4.5 feet, and the wall fence almost eat up 0.5 feet.

Option 2: Utilize maid room as wet kitchen
- Depending on your requirements, you can hack off or you can just use as it is. Your requirements, your need, your budget, and your creativity.

I only have the floor plan with dimension for intermediate unit. I do not have for endlot. Guess will be not useful to you?

I believe InP will not launch the last 28 units of Pentas 4, unless current Tari and Tenun sales picked up, although the construction progress going on steadily. Doing so can have 2 main advantages:

If you may aware, Nukilan 3 and Pentas 2 non-courtyard type is the same architect. Basically Nukilan 3 is just a scaled down version of Pentas 2. Thus, whatever modification should be applicable in Nukilan 3. The only thing is, the louvre will not come cheap.

One of the most important topic to discuss is to complete the remaining 40% of the fencing.

I don't think so, just try to talk to developer because currently the demand for Tari 2 is not really that high, I guess they will be eager to have buyers as much as you wanted to buy. So it is win-win.
