I believe InP will not launch the last 28 units of Pentas 4, unless current Tari and Tenun sales picked up, although the construction progress going on steadily. Doing so can have 2 main advantages:
1. To push sales on current launches of Tari, Tenun, etc
2. Built-then-sell: by the time construction completed should be around the time GST kick in. So developer can sell with valid reason at higher price, while maintaining construction cost at current pre-gst level.
If point 2 is valid, then it will help to push the subsale market on post-gst era. Assuming Nukilan 3 VP at 22 Feb 2015 (24 months sharp at SnP stamp date), with around 1 month plus to GSt implementation, dunno will this indirectly push up the subsale price?
