I was informed multiple times when asked, that they will only provide fence like in Canting 1, and plant trees around the perimeter fencing.

Even the SAs agreed with this, commercials are badly needed to boost the township. Unfortunately InP management still have no plans to launch any this year. Maybe the groundwork for commercial areas unable to complete within this year so they are not launching any yet? I can see the groundwork at the commercial plots are actively undergoing. InP trend is always completed the groundwork then only launch.

That's should be their plan, as the township to be completed development in 2021.

I took a walk over the walkway at the back of the outer Nukilan 3 units. Here's some picture sharing. Notice that there are a ~2 feet wide marking, wonder if this is for the fencing? If yes, brick pillar/fencing?

Both the row backing Ukiran and Last row backing the sewerage. You also owner of Nukilan 3?

I see the progress now in Nukilan 3 is working on the sideways of the road already. Up until
now, I see no issue for the project to complete per schedule.

I also dunno. But I notice the opaque shower screen was at outside of the unit that I first took the shot. I guess they changed. Maybe you can also try to sneak in and take some shots at other units to confirm if it's clear or opaque?

I don't think so because the shower screen was not included in the S&P. they are actually giving extra. Thus what they give is what you get.
