From my site walk yesterday, NUKILAN 3 is now at the stage of installing the main gate and planting tree at the back of the rows backing the loji pemprosesan. Internal work still have quite some to be completed. I am sure main con unable to deliver this project by mid of Jun'14 as printed at the project board.
But, VP date shouldn't be no problem on Feb '15.
