Yes, 2 intermediate units since last check. 1 bumi quota, 1 non bumi quota. But the non bumi quota unit facing directly on T junction, but it's the cheapest at 678,888. If you don't mind junction, it's confirm a good buy. Construction almost completed, you can save a lot of progressive interest. thumbup.gif

Bumi quota that left were due to previous buyer loan rejected. Then after that many not aware Nukilan 3 still have units left, so until I last check still have. House no. 4.

Nukilan 3 fully sold. Last 2 intermediates sold. No new launches today, Tari and Tenun sales catching up fast. Tomorrow sales gallery will be open too.

Btw, @sifar82, are you Nukilan 3 owner too?

I can see Alam Impian is getting more and more attention among genuine home buyers, comparing its built-up, land size and freehold characteristics compared to other major adjacent townships.

I believe most of the buyers is the same as me, hoping for commercial developments in AI. How good if it can be sooner?

Kitacon normally very fast. Tenun is also under Kitacon, they launch 3 months later than Nukilan 3, but now the progress like faster than Nukilan 3 already.

Just checked via ehomes.kpkt.gov.my, main con as below:

Tari - Jasa Murni - same as Pentas 2
Tari 2 - Nissin

Thus my previous statement of Tari main con. Is Kitacon was incorrect. Sorry notworthy.gif

But 1 point to note: Tari 1 & 2 were launched after all the foundation completed and some units already see structure. Maybe this is why we might 'feel' they are fast. Nonetheless, they are really fast.

Just an assumption, judging from Pentas to Nukilan to Tenun to Tari.... All phases owners will push for F&G. Thus I have a thought that all upcoming phases in AI will be F&G. As long as there's a preceding case (hopefully Pentas successful), then subsequent phases sure push InP hard to do it also.

Any Nukilan 3 purchasers remember signing a document like this? I remember I did, that's when I ask the lawyer how many % of consent required for fence and guard. It was not DMC though.
