New props in Alam Impian I think a bit hard to swallow myself. Making the slightly older ones looking like bargains. brows.gif

No pricing revealed. SA only mentioned >800k min.

I was actually waiting for this. But after deep consideration, I will not proceed if the design is te same to Tari 1. Reasons:
1. Floor plan kitchen not acceptable for me
2. Built up too small, price per sqft not worth for me
3. I yet to release another of my property

You going for this?

Yes, agree with you. I notice somehow AI's price had gone to a level which I personally think is too far.

Shall wait and see what's in 2014 budget.

Saw it yesrerday at Theedge weekly.

So Tari 1 is 86 units, phase 2 will be 68 units? From the masterplan, Tari 1 takes up half of the whole phase A2-01.

I foresee Tari 2 non bumi units will also sapu all one. I saw few potential buyers were there at the sales gallery asking for booking yesterday.

Malaysia really have so many rich people around. So envy....

I&P quite aggressive for multi launches this few months compare to last 1-2 years.

I notice the same too. Past few years were like so 1-2 phases per year. 2013 was like a super year for AI with so many launches. Guess now the group focus is on AI now, boosting it high up.

Those who bought early should be laughing by now.

It is all about the demand and supply.

Checking on the current launches, landed vs high-rises ratio launches is around 1:10.
In terms of number of units offered in the market, landed vs high-rises could be 1:100

This make landed property scare and boost up the demand
