Out of curiosity, have you spoken with the general manager at The Curve yet? She's usually quite helpful with disputes, from what I've heard.

QUOTE(tokyotenshi @ Jun 8 2010, 04:41 AM) I haven't yet because they promised they'd get someone to call me back but never did.. I hope they would call today and let me talk to her or someone in charge. Customer service in KL is pretty archaic, so it's best to be very proactive in these situations (not just with Fitness First). Call and escalate (politely--this is partially your own fault) where appropriate--try to get the club general manager or sales manager, since the majority of the staff don't really have the authority to deal with your situation on their own. Also, you shouldn't take CIMB's answers about not unable to help at face value--most banks have the ability to claw back fees (albeit for credit card customers), especially for unusual charges like in your situation. They're also worth following up with. This post has been edited by angrydog: Jun 9 2010, 02:09 PM |

So I forgot about Biggest Loser auditions being held at The Curve today. Good God. I saw one lady get stuck on the stairs for like 15 minutes!

So does anyone know what the hell happened to the Olympic bars at FF Uptown? 2 out of 3 bars are missing! Ridiculous!

QUOTE(kianweic @ Jun 29 2010, 11:37 PM) The squat rack is still there. You just have to move the Oly from the bench presses over (assuming no one else is using it).Added on July 4, 2010, 4:31 pmSo I was at Fitness First at The Curve today, and the flat bench seat is coming apart--there's only ONE screw holding it on! Apparently it's been like this for over two weeks at this point. Between the missing bars at Uptown and this bench at The Curve, I'm going to have to talk to the manager! I guess you could try it if you look similar to your dad--the photos on your card and their database are really low resolution.
