Ah now you're talking the right thing. What you meant is that you are currently in a bad shape and you want to be in better shape? Well, my take on protein supplement is that you don't need it as much as you think you would. It wouldn't help you directly to achieve your goal. Go for better diet, better lifestyle, exercises and you'll achieve your goal.

ON isolate whey protein gained a solid 4-5kg within 2 month.

Lactose probrably aggravate the acne, but isolate is pure hence people with lactose intolerance also can take it , it wont upset your stomache as well. Mix it with something else other than milk.

Taking protein supplement alone won't help you to build muscles. Your diet from natural/ solid food is more important in helping you to achieve your goal in getting 6 packs. Make sure you eat right and if you want to invest in protein supplement, any brand will do. Choose one that gives you 70 to 90% protein.
