I like the fact that the price is not bad and for a SOHO, they provide 2 parking spaces. Count me in for bulk purchase.

Visited Kim Lun booth today at MAPEX...
The available unit left are those higher unit with minimum 280 - 300k ++ There are giving 8% rebate with 5k rebate after the 8% rebate from purchase price... But wonder they are some miscommunication here.. they claim there is only one parking.. additional parking cost 20k. The stamp duty has to be borned by buyer. Only S&P and loan legal document fee is borne by developer. Anyone can clarify this!!!.. please please... only limited unit left.. . |

Yes. The price stated in my ealier post is for small unit.. 430sqft. With the price at 300k for 430 sqft.. it is close to 700sqft.. The total unit are 700+.. Wonder this is really a good investment.. Target completion in December 2015. . |
