I like the fact that the price is not bad and for a SOHO, they provide 2 parking spaces. Count me in for bulk purchase. smile.gif

Visited Kim Lun booth today at MAPEX...
The available unit left are those higher unit with minimum 280 - 300k ++
There are giving 8% rebate with 5k rebate after the 8% rebate from purchase price... yawn.gif attractive ..
But wonder they are some miscommunication here.. they claim there is only one parking.. additional parking cost 20k.
The stamp duty has to be borned by buyer. Only S&P and loan legal document fee is borne by developer.
Anyone can clarify this!!!.. please please... only limited unit left.. .

Just went mapex today too. Overall the info and package is same like what you said , but I didn't know that there is another 5k rebate. Only there's 3.5% extra without DIBS if I loan 90%, or DIBS without extra rebate for 80% loan

There were only 25% left when I last checked 2 weeks ago. Demand still strong despite the price revision upwards for 2nd block.

One thing I can predict ahead for you guys. You guys will be impressed at their construction speed after they have done piling. Mark my words, after piling.

Try to compare construction speed after piling against any development in Cyber. You will be surprised. And yeah I think they will use a lotta cranes too.

If they really wanted they could do it in a year from piling to top floor. But I reckon they will take 1 1/2 years after piling to top floor.
