taking Shaftsbury Square below as benchmark..maybe minus RM50 psf because Shaftsbury is more strategic +amenities.

I also use Shafty as a bench mark, but i minus 50/psf based on the assumption its gonna drop when ours is done (due to increased supply)
I'm suddenly worried on holding it, due to the economy... whats you guys opinons? (My salary can hold it but i feel the risk factor suddenly went up) |

you can only decide when its completed next year, if the price is good for rent then u rent out, or if the price is good to sell then sell lol...
but i think is easy to rent out since the shaftsbury office towers is completing by this year, btw is two blocks of corporate offices Attached thumbnail(s) |

Watch on the TV news that there was a lift plunge at construction site in Cyberjaya. 4 workers dead. Anyone knows which site is this? Hopefully not Hyve....
