Went there last week and heard more shop are closing soon due to not making money and some of the shop kena saman by the m3 management coz break rules. The wedding hall also not making money and will close. Can anybody confirm this.

I heard the owner need to pay for the sinking fund + maintenance fees RM 1000 eventho they didnt get the key yet.

Subletter is taking up units here. Not sure how much is their rate.
But heard they will add partition an extra room in the living area.

Seems like location is everything. Walkable to LRT. Sure wont go wrong.

LBS Bina to buy M3 Mall owner-operator for RM105m

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 5): Property developer LBS Bina Group Bhd announced it will be buying Gerbang Mekar Sdn Bhd, the mall owner and operator of the M3 Mall in Gombak, for which it will be paying RM105 million in cash and kind, to enter the retail business.

I guess is alresy done and completed deal.
As now LBS already set up a sales gallery at M3 Mall ground floor. And their PPAM project at Bukit Jalil the lainching / balloting event conducted at M3 Mall also early this year.

Been there once, really nothing inside. A lot of shops are close.

Yes offer free parking to attract ppl to come.
Really just to serve the local nearby flats community. Nobody gonna drive on purpose to this mall to lepak. Haha.
Once the Quaza Mall operate next year, this will be a forgotten mall.
