I wonder if developer is going to pay late delivery charges. One year late delivery, pay until lau sai !

Any update? Well, the mall is dying. With Melawati Mall coming up and future Quatza Mall. Hmmm......

Car also parking like nobody bother right beside the road and even in front of the bus stop. Lack of enforcement. Maklumlah kawasan kampung.

went few times to m3 mall. can say only boat noodle and texas chicken are doing well. others are really struggling. not sure how long can they survive

I guess not yet VP how to have subsale.
Anyway the light staircase or lifts lighted up during the night. Seems to be completed building now.

yup mall operating since last year. but residence not sure what's the delay. anyway that area congested with low cost housing. not sure whether can be like Setapak Central or not.

visited setapak sentral once..
good crowd from the neighbourhood.
if can draw crowd then it is good
but judging from the comments the mall is as good as dead
only few shops are doing well

agents starting to post rental starting September. rm1500 for the smallest size unit. subsale 440k. so already VP???

Equal to 550 psf which is not really cheap I would say considering that area is low cost area. Try driving at the road right in front. Car simply parking everywhere making the whole road jam. But if able to translate that into actual sale then the owner/flipper will earn a lot. I guess they bought at only 300k 4-5 years ago and selling at 440k now. Plus yet to account for LAD if there is any. Handsome profits!!!

let us see how they will compete with kampung wira jaya in future..
plus if they are restructuring the accessway from TARUC to Taman Melati..
Sure it is a value added to M3 Mall.
