Want to mention that today received the stage 2(a) progress billing which was dated 14th August and the stage completion certificate was dated 26 July 2013. I think I will go to site another time to make sure indeed the ground work has completed.

I have some pictures kept in my phone where I captured one piling machine at the site. The pictures were taken 2nd August. Maybe someone want to help if there is any inconsistencies.

How much? 10%? and when is the due date?

finally M3 had made its first 10% claim....billing invoice received with certified by architect cert, due date: 12/09/13

Not too sure what the stage completion cert says when they completed Block B Level 6,8,10,12,14,16,18 and 20. Unless those are our car parks?

went to the site yesterday morning, block B piling progress seems faster than block A, like tmc mentioned, only 1 piling machine to support compared with May, which have 4-5 piling machine if not mistaken. I saw few chinese contractors walking around but less than 10 workers working on the site, after 11 something, few workes coming to work.

Hope the above can clarify the site progress, btw i still havent receive my 2nd biling.

The picture I tooked earlier, dated 2nd August. You can see the piling machine and the cylindrical things on the ground, which presumably are the piles.

I am replying to my own posts.

It seems they have only billed the tower B buyers. They are yet to bill the tower A buyers. So the piling machine and the cylindrical piles in the picture, are meant for tower A, ie tower A is yet to complete all the stage 2 (a) work.

I have been wait for 3 days - still no received of notice of billing.

Might need to call to developer if still no received by this week.

Mega Planner called me yesterday to remind me of the payment. Did they call anyone of you too?

I'm worried about the slow progress of this project. I just started to buy property. And this is just my 2nd property.. so looking at the progress.. a bit worry

I think fully sold out. Last I check in iProperty that selling price for 1,092 square feet is RM450k.

I drove past the place last Saturday. I noticed more progress at the site of Block B compared to almost 2 months ago when I last visited. Looks like some foundation works.

There are still 2 piling machines and 3 cranes at the site which I think is more for Block A. There are still some piping lying around Block A.
