I'm buyer for M3 at Block A , but I'm not so familiar with the procedure. I receive the Progress billings but 2 letters. One letter is send to my name amt 25k, another one is send to my Bank amt 6k. My question is why different amount? and after i receive these letter what I need to do? I nd to pay this amt or the bank will pay on my behalf which i have loan from the bank and no need pay anything? Please advice me. Thanks

How much loan did you get from bank? 90%?

If not, the differential sum between SPA price and loan amount is to be first contributed by purchaser before the bank is able to release the

progress loan billing to developer accordance to Architect Certificate.

Passed by the site today. Work on Block B has now reached (mostly) the 1st floor. Noted little progress on Block A.

Need project need to go under close monitor.

Check every week.

If no more workers at the site, immediately alert everyone.

According to my fren who visited the site this morning, its noted that there are quite number of workers at the

contrusction site....block B has up to 1st Floor whereas block A still at ground floor.........anyway, there are still not

those high and big cranes on site yet......completion within stipulated time-frame is highly doubted! but at least it

progresses.........

Please ask your friend to help monitor the project.

Currently there are still workers at the site. There is one big hole for Block A but in between Block A & B there is still no work being done for the shopping area.

Do you stay around the area ? Are you able to get there on regular basis without too much effort ?

I am only interested to monitor if they continue to have workers there.

Will ask my fren who staying nearby to constantly monitor, maybe take photo of latest progress of under-construction............

It's OK now, keneeth111 has friends staying nearby. Hope they will help to monitor it closely, just to make sure they still continue working on it.
