I called the bank, Naism branch manager, SA (currently resigned) as well as the second hand car dealer.

Bank: Your HP loan is not settle.
Nasim branch manager: To trade in the car, the deal is customer with the SA, nothing link to Nasim or Peugeot.
SA: The 2nd hand dealer said not yet pass puspakom and they will need for that to settle my loan.
2nd hand car dealer: Puspakom passed last week and submitted document to bank to settle the loan. Call me back at 2pm.

I am totally hopeless with these and I told the branch manager that I will make a police report if Nasim / Peugeot is not taking responsibility for this. The branch manager claim that I should settle with the SA, not Nasim. I asked her back:" Wasn't the SA representing Nasim when he sell me the car and do the trade in deal with me?" She declined. She says Nasim only sell car, other than that, is not their problem.

I told her that I will make a police report and ask the police to go to her branch to settle the case. She told me that never mentioned Nasim or Peugoet. I said I dont care, because I made the deal there.

Well, Nasim PJ has no legal obligation or responsibility at all in the whole matter. It's between you and the used car salesman. You can lodge a police report but my advise is that you talk to the used car sales first before you escalate the matter.

Regardless, you need to settle your existing car loan or outstanding installment. That means even if you have to eat grass for the next few months also you better pay off your installments or you will get blacklisted.

You should ask @EnergyAnalyst for advise, he used to work in the banking sector and I think his wife is still in the banking sector. If anything, he's the person to ask on what you can do for your old car loan.

But I trade in the car with the Peugeot SA. I didnt sell my old car my way, but I trade it in.

The Peugeot SA resign already. And I'm pretty sure he didn't sign anything other than to release your current car (408). That is a separate business deal between you and Peugeot to buy a new car.

Your old car is handled by the 2nd hand dealer. Put it this way, the SA is just a middle man to broker the deal, if he didn't sign anything regarding your old car, you basically has got nothing on him.

If I were you, I'd go look for the 2nd hand dealer directly myself.

Anyway, the 2nd hand car dealer called back and mentioned that he had already submit all the documentation to the bank. I will again call him next Monday if thing not worked out.

I dont know what happened to me. 1st my phone died, now send my car for warranty.

Some hiccups happened when I send my car for 1st inspection, that is why now I am dealing it with the service manager directly. Drove in this morning without booking.

We did a test this morning, the suspension will produce "ku dok" sounds when you try to jerk the car. He suspect is the mounting.

He called 5 minutes ago, told me that he need to disassemble the front suspension and check what is wrong with it. Soonest, I will collect my car on Wed, if not Thurs.
