good advice, but beauty is in the eye of beholder. one man's poison is another man's cure (or something like that). Personally, I am all against any sort of mod, more so to think we are better than the french peugeot designer. But then again, it is your car, just like your house, and it is your money, so suit yourself, have fun with it, what ever thrills you plenty, do it plenty.

p/s my NA has the most basic rim, but i just heard the tyre is RM425 per piece. So save some dough can be useful, don't over spend?

Please take a look our orsen Shield

http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2673852

3 Main Advantages Of Orsen Skid Plate.
FUEL SAVING:
The plate provide with the air inlet and air output. It’s help in reducing the aerodynamic drag and smoother the air flow. The cooling system by the plate do give the heat dissipation and make the engine piston operate well. So it reduced the air vibration to the engine, thus increase in Fuel efficiency.
DRIVE COMFORT:
As mentioned above, smoother air flow and well engine operation give a better sound and drive comfort. The better air flow reduce car vibration when ride and tends to reduce engine noise.
PREVENT DAMAGE AND ENGINE CORROSION:
A Complete sealing of the skid plate give fully protection to the engine . When drive through a rough terrain, It act as a barrier to the engine by preventing the mud, debris and loose stone from hitting the car engine. When pass through road with water accumulation, the plate tends to isolate the water level with the engine, thus preventing in water penetration.

Here's the thing, how do you know she is a she and not a he? Or vice versa? Unless you or anyone else here have actually met the person in person.

In any case, I do agree - the owner is fit to do whatever she/he likes with the car, it's his/her money anyway. But just be prepared for whatever criticism that may come once you've done it. It is a forum to post your thoughts and opinions, so long as it's not a personal attack or insult.

Yeah I don't know for sure what is anyone's gender here, come to think of it, what is yours ? do you happen to be a lady? because if you are, me gentleman here will fight no lady. wub.gif

hmm like that huh bro? how about..use your spare tyre as a replacement since our spare tyre is the same rim and tyre....then the faulty 1 u replace with Second hand Tyre...btw..spare tyre just for temporary use rite? so use a second hand tyre should be ok..
*

@danishfx. Thanks, kumho below RM250. second hand RM150, that is indeed cheap

@ryujinx: yaloh, I was quoted RM425 from Klang ---brand new, continental same type with original. but exclude worksmanship.

@cybermaster98, yes heard about Lim tayar, they have a branch in Srihartamas. I will check them out and get a quote. Thanks

@zweimmk- thanks for the link.

Bro EnergyAnalyst, have you ask the price from infamously called 'kedai papan' at klang.Klang Hing Leong tyres i think.usually they sell more cheaper..

Tek Ming Sunway also give competitive price with good service..better you call them first then ask the price..

so mine has such white patches ( i call it mold), so has EP6CDTM, eusened, light_up.

I have questioned this during my 10k km service, but the SC is saying it is the first time he comes across this issue, so now looks like I am not the only one.

Make sure all raise this issue up in the next service. my next will be too far ahead ---Aug 2013, so if you have found out a solution, please share notes.

Thanks in advance

I have a good idea....why not we try unite and screw the SC together...my proposal...anybody who stay in JB and have fault with their 408T/N.A can join me to ambush the S.C and make complaint together..let them scared and take serious action on our complaint..i dont mind to call somebody from Newpaper, blogger or etc to spread the news during that day...i think this way much be better seem like they bully the owner that actually its normal and start to *(&*)^&(%^%$%^$& during complaint to them.. mad.gif  mad.gif  mad.gif

I stay in KL, so sorry can't join. but I have written an email to Nasim and got a autoreply, and waiting now.....
