Log Horizon started off slowly, but towards the later episodes, it becomes more and more epic. You don't always need action scenes to make an epic scene

who knows.. maybe got npc with imba stats... like sephiroth~

Maybe now they can marry and have kids with the NPC Well we never know they do say that People of the Land is increasing and developed personality

in the spin off manga, got sexual harrassment (molest and forced stripping). not sure can piap-piap or not. it's not explained that they have sexual organs.

To make the world a better place. Give them goals. Do crafting, find new things. No goal = despair.

Nah I think they also have their own benifits cause they have "most" of the ingredients stocks and they can sell it to other adventurers.

I would imagine those in the major crafting guilds would've already maxed out their craftmanship, thus allowing them to craft more complicated items. Forgot which episode, but it was shown that if a cook didn't have the required level, they actually can't make the food item despite doing so by hand. So I guess the major crafting guilds would still have monopoly over that skill set.

so I guess there's no need to show it there

i think the main reason why the NPC is worried is because the player started to be independent without them. The food can be made(even got taste), even the basic ingredient can be farmed alone right now as the area is safer now. So basically the NPC is afraid that this new changes is less beneficial to them, as the only job left is something like administration in guild hall, which of course the pay is cheap.

I think we should stop calling them NPC ..because the are not NPC anymore ..so call them 'people of the land' or 'landers (official name)'

the npc here should be that mecha like guards ...not the landers
