omgg i should done my mnp from you, last week i went to mall with my friend and we mnp to postpaid 28 together, and the agent told us the latest will be one week but my friend ported to u mobile on the 6th day but i waited 8 days dy still dint have any comfirmation message to port out from digi, everyday waiting for the message but still not yet receive sigh. can i ask is the mnp process really that slow or its the agent problem? TT

1st your fren successful meaning agent got no problem,
either you provide wrong detail, or DIGI hold it, or agent key in wrong information

Ohh I see but my fren is port from hotlink prepaid But what can I do if after a few days still does not port out from digi? Yesterday I already called the agent who serve me when I apply she said she handed the application form to her boss ady but don't know her boss holding or what

if mnp , u may call 018 388 1388 then ask for MNP status, provide your number to mnp, and ic number

Hi mr lai, I went to the store I where they handle my mnp form and they say they have submitted the form but now i still dint cant use the u mobile simcard. Called to customer service and waited for 5 minute and no operator answer. Its almost 2 weeks and still never receive any confirmation about the porting, I have lost my patience can I just resubmit the MNP form via online?

ok, first pm me your Name and IC, and the handphone number for mnp, so i can check your submission status,

then you might resubmit the mnp to me if above was failed due to ex-store service, if the problem is your information incorrect or only simple problem, i will update for you

how long it usually take to mnp? i have don mnp from celcom to umobile. and it activate within 1 day. the problem is i can make a call using umobile sim card but can't received any call using u mobile card. all received call/sms still go to celcom sim card. 3 days already since activate, still the problem occur.

thats the technical problem occurred from the porting system, only possible way is to call customer service to reset your line

i just call customer service and they said my line still in queue. need to wait 1 more working day.

2- We will proceed the MNP after you receive the SIM card through postage, so whole process may take more than 1 week, depend the postage speed.
3- About coverage, you can give us the address, we help to check first. When no coverage, 2G will use Maxis coverage.
4- Call rates is 18 sen per minutes and SMS 8 sen to other operator

Gave him all the required information + bank in. Seller send on that day , very fast post out !

Pos express had some delay because it show "attempting delivery on today" . I thought I would receive it by that day,but I didnt. The system show "successful delivery". So I contact CnY Garage right away, and immediately I caught his attention. I thought the parcel might end up in the wrong house, CnY Garage provided me the solution he got to prevent other person miss use my simcard. He even went to post office to ask about it , but as we expected, they were not taking any responsible. So we came out a solution , to port my number out to celcom , port in back to umobile.

He posted a new simcard for me . The system showed he sent out at 10am , very fast service ! Because I told him I need my simcard badly.

An unexpected event happened. The postman came and drop in the parcel when I was in living room. I tried to ask him to stop but he ignored me and ran away , I guessed he forget to pass the parcel to me yesterday. He supposed to pass me the parcel before scanning the barcode to show "success in delivery" !

I told CnY Garage about, he said it is fine for all the mess caused by the postman.

I have deal with many seller online and CnY Garage is one of the few that I am truly will recommend to deal with. I was getting 100% attention when I required help, fast post out service too! Thumb up

hehe there is challenging to solve the above problem and luckily i can find the solution , i already adapted to the postman service so i expect they would delay the delivery sometimes.

I would like to know if I want to port out from DiGi postpaid and my 2 years contract ends on 6th Jan 2014, what should I do before I can port out? Do I need to clear my bill until 6th Jan only I can port out or I just need to pay the last bill after I port out? From what I read, I can't port out if I have outstanding amount to be paid but I can't really understand what that means.

I don't want to pay an extra month to digi because my plan will cost RM68 after 2 years contract. Please advise~ Thank you!!!

just clear the oustanding till the contract end and start the MNP process to umobile, the latest bill will send to you from digi after u ported out
but make sure ur line is a single main line

2g using maxis, 3g and 4g is umobile itself 1, out of umobile 3g coverage would roam to maxis 2g in klang valley penang johor, might roam to maxis 3g @ melaka terengganu ...
