Why I did not know about this thread earlier? I brought my wife to MNP from Celcom to Umobile 14th janury but until now still did not receive any sms. Today I made a payment for our Celcom bills with a hope it can speed up the process. If I know about this thread, sure I will engage CnY Garage to do it for me.

Just want know, can I get my money back if my application being rejected. During application, I also paid for RM30 & RM20 topup for each sim. Today I'll try to go and ask Umobile and maybe try to call hotline also. I still can wait a few more days if it necessary. Let see a few more days.

HI CNY,

May I know, how much longer does it take after umobile accept my porting request. Already receive sms from umobile and now just waiting current celcom SIM to be out of service.

Regarding your topup 5% discount, is it just available for MNP number or also available for original umobile number? I'm considering to top up from you in future.

SIM already activated but current SIm still active. In my case, it was umobile fault. Umobile dealer send an email to umobile dated 18.1.2014 and somehow they reply the dealer to update them my application is in process. That dealer show me their email conversation. Umobile dealer call them to check what is the status for my application and somehow they told us they can't find our application. They ask dealer to re-submit the application last Friday (last week). Last tuesday, we receive sms from umobile our SIM now activated. But until today still can't use.

I already call umobile and also email to them today. They told me, we still need to wait 3-4 working days and probably next week before completely port to umobile. A bit dissapointed when this happen. If I want to port other number, I will surely want you to do it for me.
