I have the same problem. Paid on 14 May to MNP P50 umobile package, received the sim on 20 May. Paid my previous phone bill on 2 June. Whatsapp and checked on status multiple times but doesn't seem effective. Today called 018 388 1388 and checked website but no record on MNP. Been very patient and disappointed by the after sales service. Please let me know if I can still MNP by Friday or I shall demand a refund.
