I would like to know if I want to port out from DiGi postpaid and my 2 years contract ends on 6th Jan 2014, what should I do before I can port out? Do I need to clear my bill until 6th Jan only I can port out or I just need to pay the last bill after I port out? From what I read, I can't port out if I have outstanding amount to be paid but I can't really understand what that means.

I don't want to pay an extra month to digi because my plan will cost RM68 after 2 years contract. Please advise~ Thank you!!!

Hi there, I've just sent you an email at umobile.com.my@gmail.com.

I made the payment too as mentioned in the email.

Please check your email and process it ASAP biggrin.gif

Thanks a lot!

On a side note, I just pay my last month bill (due March) today. I don't think it's not considered overdue right? Hope that won't affect the MNP process.

Not sure whether it's the right move. Digi has been serving me well since it finally fix its coverage at my area last year.

Thanks btw.

cool2.gif  would be very happy if u recommend to more frens ya

remember top up or paying umobile bill with me ya, always entitled 5% discount  brows.gif

The only downside... No coverage inside my room. Barely 1 bar signal. DiGi 3G also 1 bar or so but 2G full bar. Umobile 2G 1 bar, sometimes jump to full then drop.

biggrin.gif at least it's more affordable.

Will come back to you when I need reload smile.gif
